- hotels not complete
- no water in some places
- contaminated water, told not to wash face do to dangerous substance
- stray dogs run amuck
- manholes in the streets arent even covered
- landfill dumps scattered through the city
This is turning into an embarrassment. Be safe anyone going over there.
