so a friend of mine stops thru and were shootin the shit when they tell me their mom has been defiled on the internet. so they pull up the site and show me this:

her mom has her ass hanging out for the internet to see owned.gif and she is a church going lady now hail.gif . maybe 5-10 years ago she was a world famous dominatrix but now she just lives the simple life and trys to get closer to god. me personally i liked her better when we could all sit around the table and blaze a fatty but if shes happy with the church life i'm happy for her. thought i would share cause i got a good laugh outta it. nana.gif

If there is a standing legal contract that she signed, her likeness can be used in reproduction and advertising of the product. This contract should include royalties, but some do not.

If she didn't sign a contract or release waiver, then yes. You can easily sue. If you have the money to see an attorney, then by all means try them first.

All generalizations are false, including this one. If she doesn't have a standing contract w/ them saying they can use the images then they're screwed. If she does, I hope she doesn't try to run for President. This is why you teach your children not to have naughty pictures made: the children will finally grow up (at 42yrs old) but the pictures remain.
