Tibs suck in the snow. I work midnight shift so I had to work during the Hell of the storm. Come 10am when I tried to leave, I got stuck in the parking lot so many times AND on the road. I just turned around and came back to work and waited for my dad to drive an hour and a half here to get me back to my apartment in his 4WD. The plows for my store are assholes and plowed my car in, so it took myself and 2 other people over an hour to shovel my car out. Then when my dad and I got to my apartment we shoveled for an hour to get my Tib a parking space. Here we got about 19".

I didn't take pics though. I hate snow. Hate hate hate. I'm glad it's warmer out lately and the snow is MELTING. GOODBYEEEEEEEE.

I can say this though. Come next winter, I'm thinking of buying a beater truck and letting the Tib sit at my parents'. I can't NOT be able to get to school or work because Tibs handle like crap in ice and snow.

Actually I miss having my Tib..it handles great in the snow. The Subaru's tires spin too damn much..but hey it hasnt snow here in a week (ny) or so and winter will be over soon so who cares. fing02.gif

even with high performance tyres with no snow rating, I was able to get around in my tib. This year I am running better tyres and had a ball passing all the people too afraid to drive in the snow.

I worked at the Borgata the night of the storm. I got out at 6:30 am and the white horse pike (rt. 30) out of Atlantic City was crawling along at 10mph in the centre lane. I blew by them all at 40mph with no slipping at all.
