putin is just swingin his dick around tryin to prove hes a badass.
there is a very strategic port in ukraine that the ukraine LEASES to russia. with a new government in place, one that desperately wants to join the EU, russia stands to lose the port. so putin, seeing now as a good time to get the port without a lease, is puffing his chest tryin to scare his way into controlling that region.
