I just bought a computer case, and it came up with three sensors, CPU, HDD, and SYS, but I do not know where to connect them on the mother board. Does anybody know or have an idea where they might go??

Do they have any kind of sticky tape or something? The CPU and SYS should go somewhere very close to the CPU and chipset heatinks. The HDD one can just go on top of the hard drive.
Know that you don't NEED to use them, they're just to show you the temperaturess on the case display.

Ah i couldnt tell if they were motherboard plugs for your system lights in the front of the case or temp probes. Looks like you got it figured out.

do you have a IR temperature gun? If so the way I install those is use the temperature sensor to find the hottest spot in your case for each item (depends a lot on air flow) and place them there. More than likely the motherboard would shut itself down long before you noticed it was overheating so placement isn't that critical.
