I forgot about this thread! One thing that came to mind while skimming over the old posts is what one of my old teachers said. "nothing is proven by theories or laws, you must have experimental proof!" So of course we reproved everything along the way.
To test this (like radu said) you need a source of hho and hook it up to an engine and found out how much it takes to make a difference in economy then engineer a way to make that much hho on the fly or I guess keep refilling the tank with hho you make with... say a solar panel or a wind turbine.
