Ricin suspect from Mississippi arrested

So after a letter was stopped on it's way to a US Senator, Roger Wicker, which tested for ricin, another letter was stopped on its way to President Obama. Well, a suspect has been arrested. From what the article says the contents of the packages had a note that read "I am KC, and I approve this message". Well, from what I saw on the news I heard the guy has a history with the Secret Service, so he was already on their radar. The guys name was Paul Kevin Curtis near Tupelo Mississippi.
I also hear the FBI doesn't think these ricin mailings have anything to do with the bombings in Boston.
