Happy to see Hyundai putting some ads out for the big game again this year. Last year they really made an impact I think and all the Genesis ads have been very good.

 

When Rhys was interviewed after his backflip here in Vegas last night, he started talking about the Genesis and how cool it was to drive it for the Superbowl ad. The interviewer said something like, "Hey, maybe next season you can get one of them to drift". What gave me goosebumps was his response. He got kind of a knowing smile on his face... One of those, "I have a secret" type smiles and said something like, "Who knows. We'll see".

Personally, I can't stand drifting. Far as I'm concerned, calling it racing is like saying figure skating is the same as speed skating. However, I view drifting as a stepping stone for Hyundai to get involved in real motorsports in the states. ALMS maybe?

 

Rhys is a great guy in the biz fore a long, long time. This is wonderful news. I couldn't love a different company.

Big slap in the face to all who have denied us our pride. They'll all be on their knees begging forgiveness after this ad.

I can't wait!!!!! Big F U to my friends who asked why I bought a Hyundai. This is why B_____es.

i find it hilarious that one guy keeps saying the car is junk, ugly, not worth it, etc. then you see the sale manager for buschur racing saying he is going to buy one. HELLO..... I think i might trust the guy that takes car of parts for 500-1000hp Evo's before i would ever listen to that monkey boy.
