Does anyone send out resumes to other companys even if they work at a job that they enjoy? Im wondering how wrong or strange it is to send resumes out even if you're not really looking for changes.

If you think you might have a chance at a better situation, why not? Worst case you get fired for disloyalty, but that's probably not going to happen.

It seems to me that this is stupid and pointless. Why look for another job if you already have a cool job that you like. I have a different situation. I have a job, but I thought about quitting because I had constant disagreements with the boss. As a result, I decided not to quit so far and send my resume to different companies until I get a positive answer. I started preparing a resume and tried to make it as good as possible. I even decided to ask my colleague for help and it was he who told me about https://themoneymix.com/how-to-write-resume/. This is a website for creating resumes and it is really very convenient. As a result, for a very short period of time I wrote an awesome resume and was able to find a new cool job with a higher salary. So if you already have a stable job, it is best not to look for other vacancies!
