Hope I'm not ruining anything, but he's getting a full custom turbo setup installed at Speedfactory. Its stripped inside with only the one seat ... somebody in the military I think, at least the stickers on the windshield say military.

Bronze wheels on a red car has been done on many other vehicles. That one is a matter of opinion.
As for the bolt holes for the park bench......shouldn't you be complimenting him instead of putting him down? How do you know he didn't buy the car with the wing and he removed it because he's obviously NOT a ricer? Seems more plausible than what you have in mind.

I'm thinking those are the stock holes, just with bolts and a rubber washer or something to keep water out.
