LEXINGTON, S.C. -An unusual car was stolen from a S.C. parking area, according to Lexington County deputies.
According to an incident report, on July 12, the owner of the stolen car parked his orange 1998 4-door Crown Victoria in the parking area located in front of an apartment at 3500 Fernandina Road in Columbia.
The victim told deputies he left the vehicle in the lot for about two and a half hours, while he rode with a friend.
When the owner returned to the address, he discovered his car missing.
According to the report, the owner says his car is “Skittles” orange and has the word “Skittles” painted on the side and hood, as well a rainbow.
In addition, the vehicle has 28-inch chrome rims and seven televisions mounted in the car, including a 42-inch TV mounted in the trunk, the report stated.
Deputies say the vehicle is valued at $10,000.
