Ummm................ where is this? Why can't that guy just stop goofing off and make a run when he's got 20 chances?
It almost looks like a movie set because of the closed road, but i don't get it.

that was awesome. But why wreck the car when he could have gotten away. Had to of been set up the one cop car moves away from the guardrail giving him just enough space to get through and start the donuts. Amusing none the less.
