Cool vid. Seen it long ago. If I am correct that's Ari Vatanen. He ran for FIA President last year and lost to Jean Todt. Corrupt bastards. If Vatanen were to have won, it would have meant a new golden age for motorsport. He lost due to corrupt bureaucracy. The reason they had elections was because the old President resigned after spending FIA money to hire hookers, and chill out on expensive rooftops (LOL it's funny):

Vatanen, next to Bjorn Waldegard, is the most legendary name in all of rally history because of Group B.
That's a 405, but the 205 was absolute classic.
