Question to RDTiburon moderators.
Can someone request to de-ban me to Redzman? Could someone please tell him that I went to AA(several times) and I won't be making any nonsense posts? Alcohol truly ruined my life and now I am off of it.

KR...just wanted to give you an update as to their decision on unbanning you. Its currently being discussed by the forum staff, since there are some new members who joined the staff recently. After the staff discusses it, it will then go to the general community and they will have their turn to express their opinions. No promises are being made, but there's a couple of levels this has to go through before anyone makes up their mind. Best thing to do is just sit tight and wait a few days for a final decision to be made. When they have it, I'm sure they will either let me know to post here, or they will come over themselves and tell you.
If it doesnt work out in your favor, look at this as a learning experience and hopefully you'll become a better and stronger person from it. Either way however, it sounds like you've been through alot and you're trying to better yourself all together. Good luck with it, and someone will let you know their decision soon.

It's good to hear that you're doing better! I won't get so personal but I have a friend's brother who has had SO many problems. I've watched him grow from a helpless young kid without a Mom, to this addicted monster. It's hard for me to believe how much he has lost and the sum trouble and damage he has caused. Now he's left on the bottom of life's barrel and nobody can help him in any way. Stay far away from it!!!!!!!!! Not worth it.

I'm pretty much a changed man. For health's sake I drink one glass of wine every Saturday. I quit drinking to become a drunk. Instead of getting drunk, I workout, read books and meditate. Thanks for your concern and hopefully your friend's brother will recover as well.

Hmm, I don't remember where this went, I'll go take a look. I do know that it's possible, Kit-Fox got unbanned if you can believe it.
