I have 2 old underbody neon kits sitting in my garage from when I used to have them on my old cars (dont laugh) and I want to convert them so that I can plug them into a wall socket and use them as mood lighting in my house. How do you convert something thats meant for automotive 12 volt stuff so that you can use it with regular electricity?

Buy a 12V power supply, like an older laptop brick. Easy after that.
