Neither should hold the office of President. Newt is as corrupt and unprincipled as you can get. Romney is your man if you like raiding business pension funds and closing down the companies while he moves the money off shore so he can avoid taxes on it.

^ Plus romney's a mormon. If you don't care that doesn't matter but it would be a dealbreaker by itself for me, if he wasn't already a bad candidate. I was for Cain but . . . oh well. Maybe the country will survive till the next election.

I completely agree. Mitt Romney reminds me of this movie "Pretty Woman" (I watched it only for the Lotus Esprit ).

This entire election is pointless because Obama will win a second term regardless.

I think you underestimate the amount of "anybody but obama" enthusiasm the republican candidate will have behind them. If it's even a squeaker it will be because of another 1/2 billion dollars of negative press PLUS the whole mainstream media being against the republican. If (and considering the LAST guy they put against Obama) the republicans don't totally screw this election up, it's theirs to lose.

Too bad we are stuck with THIS lot.

Roseanne Barr announced her petition for president today, as part of the green party.

How silly! Obviously the Green Party will NEVER win anything ever.
