Wheels look cartoonish. It looks like a 2d photo of the wheels trying to apply them in 3D. Whats the silver behind them rotors? If so they look huge, and very thin.
Muffler stands out because its not of the same quality as your original photo. Your original photo looks like it was taken with a phone camera, than you try to add the muffler which probably was take off a car that got shot with an SLR.

well, ill be honest.. its not BAD, but not going to truly fool anyone either.
the rims and muffler need to be blended to match the coloring/lighting of the original picture.. thats one of the keys to chopping.. matching the coloring and lighting. it needs to blend to be pulled off.
