Just curious as to what program you guys use to do this. Also wondering how much the program costs, where i can get it from , and how hard it is to do. Thanks.... (i hope this question didn't already get asked/answered)

 

I would get paint shop pro. It is good to start out on and you can download a fully functioning demo from there website. It is made by Jasc.

 

I use Adobe Photoshop. CS is their newest one and runs for $650.
Paint Shop Pro 9 is ok and will cost you $130.

I like photoshop over paint shop pro for ease of use. They both have their +/-'s.
