EEP... hopefully this 1200 stuff holds up.
otherwise next week I'll be at the auto shop bead blasting my header to get this paint off instead of at a car show in north carolina.

^^ yep.. I'm just glad the shop charges $3/hour... Like I said, We'll see how it holds up.
Well, the paint's dry. I'm off to install my manifolds nana.gif
BTW.. can the stock manifold gasket be reused?

ive reused my gasket from when i had my headers from obx like over 3 years ago, and installed and taken my manifold off numerous times with no leaks.
100$ to coat headers is just a big waste of money, i spent 8$ to coat mine with a ceramic paint, and its holding up PERFECT under the extreme temperatures, and i only had to be without my manifold for 4-5 hours instead of a couple weeks.
then i still had the 92$ i saved from not jet hot coating em.

why didnt you go with jet hot ceramic ??? it would have only been like 100 bux to coat the headers
Because it takes 3 days and I don't own my exhaust manifold anymore.
k, really, i'm going now.
