Well, strangest thing happened on Thursday folks...

*** THIS IS NOT A FLAME ***

Here I am, leaving formation to go to the Battalion Mail Room to drop off my responce letter to the Better Business Bearu *Whatever!* in refrence to Shark Racing. If you don't remember, I ordered some Business Cards half a year ago and never got them, during which I got banned from TSR.org while trying to solve my "Non-Issues" in getting my paid for merchandise. The BBB told me in my letter that if I didn't get my stuff as agreed I should go to small claims court or sue for Fraud. All this over some cards...

Well, back to the story, I'm on the way to the mail room and the mail man comes up with a small tube. It's got a bunch of stickers on it and it's hand written on, and what do ya know? It's my cards!!!

Now, I didn't send off my letter to the BBB, and I DO have an appointment at JAG on Thursday if I decide to press the issue. I got my cards though... Hmm..

Problem 1: 6 Freaking months?
Problem 2: My member stickers *Which look VERY nice* were also in this little tube, but the way they were put in they separated from their backings and won't stick to anything now...
Problem 3: The information I asked for on my cards isn't there. Just my Name, TSR # and email address. That's it...
Problem 4: 6 gdamn months??? Also in the meantime being ignored and lied to? *My last 4 emails to SR haven't been returned, the 3 before that were "Oh, we'll look into it..."

What do you think?

Nice cards though...

 

The stickers seperate from the backing when they get cold. If you hold them over a tub/pot of warm (NOT BOILING...just warm) water, they will warm up and re-adhere to the backing. They should then stick to your car again, as long as they are warm and the part on your car that you are sticking them to is warm.

In regards to the BBB and JAG. You did GET the cards...so I don't know if you have any legal recourse. Yes they were obscenely late, and the Customer Service aspect of the issue is beyond reproach, but I don't really know if you have any potential/possible legal recourse...the JAG would know for sure. You could also file with the Korean equivalant of the BBB if there is one.

the korean one is prettier and i like the music but it doesnt have as much stuff as our site, which is kinda wierd. but i bet it doesnt take 2 months to get clear corners when u buy off that site.

As for the BBB and JAG, I'm leaving the latter alone. I am going to let BBB know that I did get my stuff finally, and the circumstances in that. You are right, I DID finally get them and they are VERY nice, VERY high quality, and on good stock. They are missing about 3 lines of info I wanted *My ICQ #, my TSR Name, and Phone #...* But still, very nice.

As for my stickers, they are very nice... I'll try what you said, but won't be able to put them on the car till next July. Any suggestions where to put them? Maybe on the side windows? Depending on how SR shapes up over the New Year, I'll decide weather or not to Re-Up with them.

BTW: Random, I emailed you several times. You get them? I need your replies before this weekend. *HINT HINT*
