ok, i have a dilema. i froze in -14deg weather for 6hrs to get the xbox 360 premium, extra wireless controller, and madden '06 (btw, here in alaska, there was no midnight sale. i had to camp outside walmart until 6am to get this).

i just went on ebay and saw these things go for over a thousand dollars. i spent just a little over $500 getting my console.

should i sell it??

or

should i keep it?

 

I'm contemplating the same thing, but it would hurt my wife's feelings if I sold off her XMas gift. Still tempting though

Come on dood. You know dern well half of the system will be up on EBAY. That is like he perfect idea. Not like you couldn'tsee that coming. I'd sell mine but then again I wasn't dumb enough to stand in a line or buy a system that every previous system (microsoft and Sony alike) has had break or recall on the first run. I give till right after Christmas when alot of PARTS systems end up on ebay Hell even the PSP had to be rerun with a second model from leaving a ring scratch on the disks till they were not playable. PS1 had 4 different runs. PS2 had burnout problems and heat issues(on it's 3 reproduction), while Xbox had crashing harddrives and memory loss (warranting a recall). Some claim there was a bad reader as well, but I don't know anyone with this problem.

With the reserves at EB, Gamestop, and their affiliates! You know they will not be able to fill those orders until well into 2006 with lingering ones coming spring. It took us 5 months to clear ALL our orders for PS2 and 4 for the xbox. And I hope you wouldn't just assume to get one this way as if you were in the back of the pack, we started selling them out from under people who didn't call back in 24 hours to people at the store right there with the cash and who bought all the extra crap we required. You should always continue to look We can't sit on those things.

We started prank calls at work asking for Xbox 360's at stores like Giant Food, Old Navy, Barnes and Nobles, Sports Authority,. . you get the point. I want to go buy the "BRICK" Xbox 1 at EB and start jumping up and down I GOT ONE I GOT ONE!!!! Dumb F*cks.

Xbox makes the news in it's first 5 hours. We have a fight break out in D.C. between 2 women and a couple teens attempt to rob a teen for his X2.

BTW. . GUN was way overhyped and blows @$$. They only have CofD2 as the only big title so far. I give some credit to Perfect Dark but it's not a must have.
