Ok, maybe he would get beat by about a buslength and a half, but still tongue.gif You'd probably start creeping on it after the launch. smile.gif

it would have been cool if he woulda raced it and the guy slipped a gear real bad and the tibby won by accident, haha...just to be able to say that you beat a lambo in the quarter (you can omit the part about him having shifting problems,LOL)

I really like your kit, and your car...
I like the paint you chose to use when painting the headlight assembly...makes it look like it's glowing (like there's a light back there) when the sun shines on it.
Do you have any engine shots? more pics of your car? make a showroom thread for yourself if you already haven't...
I always REALLY, REALLY wanted to go to New Zealand...looks like there's a big tuner scene over there as well. I was going to last winter (your summer) for a study abroad program at my college but didn't have enough money to cover down payment and final costs....
Hopefully one day in the near future I will be in New Zealand (what's it like there in the winter time?) snow?

Dude, I think this qualifies for the Drag racing section as well

Thanks man,
i got the headlights rechromed in blue,
i'll get around to some engine shots but its nothing realy to look at,

the scene here is mostly nissan/rotary/honda/mitsi/subaru

winter is a bit like seattle, i lived there for about a month, it snows in some place's but nothing extreme

we just got a guy from northen cali staying with us for 6mths for a rugby accadmy, maby u could do the same in the future lol wink1.gif

Skylines may be better in the straight, but if you can take a rotary, do the maintenence really well, and keep an eye on the heat, you can run those things to 9,000RPM every day for a lot longer than a piston-based engine can rev to its redline. They are just hard to maintain. With rotaries, you have to redline them every once in a while otherwise its bad for the engine. Thats my kind of engine. tongue.gif
