Hay guys

Well i finally made it to the track..
The 4 & rotary nationals i raced in class c2 2wd turbo

Dang it was a hot day..
had a total of 5 runs
15.168 @170kmh - 1st ever legal race launched too hard eyeroll.gif
15.051 @166kmh - missed 2nd gear eyeroll.gif
14.170@165.79 - lossed to a 4wd evo V he run 13.501 smile.gif

that was qualifiing i made elimination round..
14.535@158kmh - beat a nissan cefiro laugh.gif:
14.729@167kmh - beat a nissan silvia

i pulled out after that as the rest of the field were running 13-12 sec passes

the car was running pretty good.
i ran in full street trim only took out my sub box

i was hoping to run a 13 sec pass but hay.. something to aim for next year lol
i have pretty much the only tuned Hyundai in NZ and well so many people were supprised and i got so many "woow what type of honda is that?" questions. lol

i can run up to 18psi but there is no point, i can hardly get traction with 14 i realy need a set of race coilovers and a LSD i took my stock wheels to put on the front but duh.gif i forgot the wheel nuts..

Its Spring over there isn't it? Probably humid and hot as hell... if you were in the U.S at a decent elevation right now you'd be in the 13s.

I really like your kit, and your car...
I like the paint you chose to use when painting the headlight assembly...makes it look like it's glowing (like there's a light back there) when the sun shines on it.
Do you have any engine shots? more pics of your car? make a showroom thread for yourself if you already haven't...
I always REALLY, REALLY wanted to go to New Zealand...looks like there's a big tuner scene over there as well. I was going to last winter (your summer) for a study abroad program at my college but didn't have enough money to cover down payment and final costs....
Hopefully one day in the near future I will be in New Zealand (what's it like there in the winter time?) snow?
