looks like he rolled it onto it's side... probably might have been able to save it if he had used both hands on the wheel and been buckled in and stayed behind the wheel... of course, he might also have not gotten hurt if he had been buckled in too!

LMFAO, what a gomer.

I always wear my seat belt when I am in a vehicle. Anyone who rides in my car also has to have there buckle on.

It is amazing how many people don't wear thier seatbelt. Oh well.

I also have a motorcycle ( I always wear my leathers) and we have a saying: "people that don't wear helmets, don't need em"
I guess the same could be applied to this case:
"people that don't wear seatbelts, don't need to"

Another bad thing, is that all of our insurance rates go up, because people get hurt more and medical bills are so expensive.

So if you don't wear you buckle, or know someone who doesn't.
Please for our wallets sake, buckle up.

not necessarily true. on january 5th, my g/f's car spun out on to the other side of the road (caused by poor weather conditions) and a jeep liberty drove right into the passenger side of the car. the passenger door was pushed so far in, it was touching her in the drivers seat. seatbelt didn't help her there...nor did the airbags since it was a side-impact crash. she's still in a rehab facility to this day. coulda been killed.... :?

but yea, not to hit the nail more than it already is....BUCKLE UP
