I've tried installing the program for my phone and when I connect it to the usb it doesnt show on the program that it is connected.

Also my bluetooth doesnt work. I just installed it and I keep getting an error message when I'm trying to use it. I dont get it..

I've tried removing the programs, restarting, reinstalling them, and it still doesnt work.

well when you plug your phone in via usb it should do something to show it's connected.

1. is the phone powered on?
2. are you sure the usb port your using works?
3. while it's plugged in right click on my computer > manage > device manager > check and see if you having driver conflicts.

you have to use the connect button on bluetooth devices, and in most cases enter the code. The bluetooth hub will need to be installed and active before you can connect anything. Before you plug in the devices, make sure you run the install program.

download all of those and in the left hand coloumn on that page, there's a driver option. you havn't been updating your computer. you need to do this regularly. in your control panel there's an automatic updates icon... you need to get that going so you don't need to worry about all this.
