Typical rookie moves. First, not foreseeing the uphill curve which unloads the suspension, then overcorrecting the slide.

Speed limit is posted as 25mph. Car being passed is going 40mph. Seriously lucky this idiot didn't take someone out with him.

He's lucky it wasn't a head-on! Double yellow (often any indicator anyway) and speed limit aside, he had no way of confirming that he had passing room/time with that hill ahead. Stunts like this should be an instant 6-12 month suspension.
