I think those are the Maxima pics that were taken years ago and put on that site. It happened because he f-ed around with the safety blow-off cap on the bottle. He tried to sue, but they found out he's a dumbass.

THat's just crazy...I wonder if his home insurance will cover the car or if he can file two seperate claims, one on his car insurance and one on the home.
