My wife got the Instinct. I loved it, she liked it, but she couldn't get used to the touchscreen. She went from an old school Blackberry (8130e) to the full touchscreen.

Functionality was awesome, GPS and voice commands were great (say, "Home Depot" and it gives locations, directions, and phone numbers for the closests stores). I'd love to have one, but my wife just couldn't get used to it. She did like the keyboard, with the vibrating feedback when you touch the keys. She took it back and got the new Treo 800w. She loves it, but it's Windows Mobile and eats away battery life REAL fast.

it wasn't that bad on battery life... plus it came with a second battery. I also believe the phone had a USB charger

the research i did on the Instinct (and this phone that madjohn is showin looks identical), the Instict has better GPS for directions, faster internet, and more features..... but for half the cost

i've always loved samsung phones. i'm on my 4th in a row. if i was a sprint customer, i would definately buy this phone.
