yep and if the other guy is smart he'd get a lawyer and sue you for driving on a suspended. he wouldn't have hit you if you weren't illegally operating a vehicle
and their insurance company can deny your claim since you shouldn't be driving.

Glad you're ok. Hope you don't get reamed the way you have opened yourself up to here. In Washington at least, you're now automatically at fault, liable for all damages, and if you have insurance they don't have to cover you. If it's similar where you live, I would get lubed up now, because if not they'll be going in dry.
