Default Netscape Problems?

Any one else have this problem/Know whats wrong?

I have netscape v7.2 sometimes i will click on somethiing and my computer will do nothing. it will flash the X on the toolbar that stops loading the page(this usually indicates that it is actually loading the page) and then it will do nothing. i will have to repeatedly click the icon and/or push enter until it stays on. this can sometimes be two clicks or two minutes worth of clicks. it makes surfing the net a PITA. I thought it was just my computer being gay but now my GF's computer is doing the same shat. Makes me feel like i have dialup when i have broadband. this has been going on for a couple weeks now, thought it would clear up on its own.. anybody know whats up?(ive tried restarting my comp, closing netscape, being patient, etc)

Switch browsers, use Mozilla Firefox, very nice browser, no problems with it at all. Go to www.mozilla.com download it. Netscape has always had problems when I used it in the past, I think it just sucks.

i have your same problem lol.
I use (lol) netscape dial up at work, with an older version of IE. I don't know why it does it but I think it's this slow computer, cuz my laptop it works great.
And yes, he's right, USE FIREFOX!
Upgrading to firefox is like moving from a tricycle to a ferarri..

Firefox is awesome, but make sure you back-up your bookmarks, it has deleted them twice so far for me...

Firefox was a PITA last time I tried it.

Is it user friendly now?

I was at work on a crappy computer with a crappy connection using a crappy browser...

Yeah it's user friendly...unless you have some kind of mental disability =/

no problem man anytime. There are also extensions that you can download, like if you have Gmail you can get a Gmail notifier for when you have new Gmail, its awesome, Firefox that is.
