I've been playing this TOO MUCH. I average about 8 - 10 below par for the course...I'll get six or seven below on the front nine, but then cock it up on the back stretch. 
An FYI, so none of you start beating yourselves up....the ABSOLUTE BEST score I can ascertain on the course (some of them are physically impossible to get a hole-in-one) is this:
Front Nine: 1 1 2 1 1 2 1 1 2
Back Nine: 2 2 2 2 2 2 3 2 3
This puts your total at 32. Total par for the course is 55. You'd have a whopping 23 BELOW PAR!
There's your goal.

Just to dredge up an amazingly old thread...
They've updated the game with a few new little features and bug fixes! You can now pick your player. The physics are a little more realistic now, as well.
