When I try to access my task manager it says that it has been disabled by the admin (which is me). How do I enable it?

I'd do an adware/spyware and virus scan on your computer after you have that done. Task manager doesn't get disabled by itself.

I am using XP, and I ran both my version and the online version of Symantec and neither came up with anything.
