need help ( electrical )

hey guys need your help i have a 2001 tiburon and it has a small problem but would like to fix it the problem is when i turn on my driving lights the rear driver light will not turn on i replaced the bulb and check out the wiring it seems fine the light will not come on untill you hit it of flick it but once you hit a bump out it goes again what could it be?

I hate those types of problems. Have you checked all the connections one may be lose, or it may be a grounding problem I have seen that before also.

Which "rear driver light" are you referring to?
Does it have a single or double filament bulb?
Have you checked the one on the opposite side?
Yeah, it could be a ground issue as well.
....more specifics needed to troubleshoot.

it's the very top light in the gray switch. the one with double filment bulb i even check for corotion but it's clean how would you find the ground on just one side the other side works fine ( is it a sieris curcuit )

it could also be as simple as a loose lamp

Make sure not to limit it to just that lamp and bulb....anything running on that circuit can be causing the issue, could be the same bulb on the other side or could be a bulb or ground on the driving lights since that is when it happens or could be voltage related and that is the last bulb on the circuit....or like Mad said could be a loose bulb or have loose solder in the affected bulb but only happens when driving lights are on so I would guess voltage, another bulb or grounding problem.

well guys thanks for the help i went to auto zone bought a new switch cut the old out replace with the new switch and bulb and it works .
