I've offered in the past, but it hasn't been the cheapest option.

I can get them printed through Kodak shipped to me (if we have over 25 purchases) for $14.99 +shipping to me. Then I can ship them out to everyone for whatever the price is. So, I guess it'd be about $18 for each calendar. I'd request 5% to be added (so $0.90) to cover paypal fees and a few extra pennies in case your calendar gets lost in the mail, we can help cover the cost of a replacement.

The benefit is when someone comes in after the order has been placed and finalized, they can pay the full price ($19.99 +shipping) and have it sent to their door.

Calendars measure 10.25" x 15.6" unfolded.

I'm pretty sure they can be bled to the edges.

The problem is, to get this discounted price, I'd have to order by Dec. 24... SO, I'd put in an order to match last year's calendars and when I sell out - too bad... and I guess I'd take the risk of NOT selling out, and losing money in the end

I'd have to have an answer by tonight, so I can get them finalized online and ordered by Dec. 24th. I will only order 25, and every calendar after that will be $19 +tax +$5 shipping through Kodak's website.

I'll need 4 of them (part of the deal with using the photos), so it might be best if you add those to the 25.

What do you need 4 calendars for? One for home, one for the shop, one for the office, and one next to your computer?

wow, we sold 25ish in 2007, and last year was about 40-45. The problem is, a lot of the members who ordered last year aren't active anymore... and people probably aren't as able to buy this year as they were last year.

Thus, I hate pre-ordering 40 if I only sell 30... that's losing $150 on my end. Wow... I should've done this a month ago with pre-orders. If I wait and do a pre-order, it'll be about $2.50 more (so $21.50?). That's still 50¢ cheaper than last year I suppose.

Any ideas people?

Nate - can you e-mail me the Fullsize PSD and it's corresponding JPG, so we have access to them when you go out of town (in case we decide on who is doing calendars).

GMail has a limit of 10MB per email I believe, so if you have to break them up one or two months at a time, put the PSD with the JPG.

Upload the PSD's to Megaupload or something.

As for the actual calendars, if we don't know where they are being done yet, how did we come across the "no collage" thing?

Someone PM or email PHORQ, NOW, he said he could have done them for a really good price I believe. I'd rather he make any profit anyways.

no collage, cuz the original place i was gonna use, didn't have a 'back page' or 13-month option.

so if someone has a place that can do a back page or w/e be my guest and whip up a collage.
