Basically if you get too close it broadcasts a message to your radio to back off. I wonder if you can customize the message.

The custom message I used this morning was my car about 5MPH over the legal minimum speed limit for several miles till the tailgater got the hint. A radio broadcaster only works if they are listening to that kind of radio in the ca behind.
