Shadows look right to me, just odd because of the lighting. It can be done outdoors, all it needs is to be sealed at the top. It would be a bitch to build right and you would probably need to pump some water out but I'm betting that the guy with all the Lambos could afford to have it designed with a little bit of extra care.

If its a fake, its a DAM good fake. And for that reason I think it might be real, who would go through all that trouble on a 48 second fake video of a submerged garage. You would think that you would put alot of effort into making a fake with aliens or ghosts or something..
