Okay so I've been in a horrible dilemma the past couple of weeks.

My dad offered me my old 2003 neon back for free, since it's paid off and he was just going to sell it, so I sold my Jaguar because he wouldn't let me have 3 cars at a time being 18 and living with him even if I payed for all of em.

Anyways so now I have my 2003 neon and the Tiburon.

My debate is to get another car (something cheap and fast, most likely v8) to take to the track and play around with, around here I can spend about $3000 and get a nice condition good running fox body 5.0 that's pretty damn quick.
That would involve driving the tiburon all of the time (which I don't have a problem with) and getting rid of my neon

OR

to turbo the tiburon and spare no expenses with only quality parts, probably looking at about the same price, not to mention once I get the boost bug I'm sure I'll be continuosly upgrading, which is why I got rid of the turbo I had, just mainly because I want to drive my car this year.
See the problem with the tiburon is I didn't really build the car for that, I built it to be a fun car and to show off, but I wan't something I can take to the track and abuse and throw it on a dyno.

I love my tiburon and I baby it I don't think that I would get the fun out of it that I would just a $3000 fast car, but then on the other hand it would get alot more attention and alot more respect in the tuner world if I did turbo it.

Oh yeah right now I'm leaning towards turbo on the tib.
/end of debate.

put a mild turbo in the tib (and I mean mild) and then street it.

another car for reliability. you turbo this one and you'll have all kinds of issues and your dad will be even worse when you gonna be borrowing cars.

although if you've got money for gas in a fox body then really the decision is yours. i'm an econobox when it comes to cars.

If I turbo mine I'm keeping my 03 neon, the car was mine, I wrecked it, we thought it was totalled, bought another car, bodyshop called us and said it wasn't totalled so my dad was like ehh I'll just buy it. Then my dad was like ehh I dont want to sell this and I don't want to keep it so if you get rid of the car you just got you can have it, so it was kinda hard to turn down.

I'm still thinking turbo mine, I'm going to start ordering parts, starting off with a few from swifttib's part out. If I end up changing my mind I'll just sell em.

what I'd LOVE to do is find a cheap cheap addition RD tiburon but then on top of the car Id have all of the boost parts to buy and then I'd be getting in the price range of just buying another nice car.
