oh my gosh!! sorry to hear about the car. At least it lived a long live.

People people... please don't say Daewoo Sucks. I loved my Daewoo Lanos.

Do you know what caused the fire? Maybe lack of maintenance?

I was just about to ask if it had anything to do with the propane. Be careful with yours Dmitry.

thanx Dave!

Today some experts should tell what caused it.

And Dave, my dad lleft other mechanics, usual, that changed that day coolant (they took rad out), brake, clutck fluid and changed rear brake cylinder. Thats it.

That's why my dad thought at first that that stream under the hood was coolant that was spilled when they changed it.

My mom now wants me to take my propane equipment out...

Loads of cars, especially taxis, run on LPG over here & I've never seen or heard of any of them catching on fire for no reason.

Maybe it was unrelated. I hope so for your sake anyway.

UPDATE:

I have official paper from expert.

Fluid from the clutch caused the fire.

Guys from the shop changed clutch fluid (brake fluid is used) and probably did something wrong, so there was a leak.

Those bastards do not agree with that paper and do not want to give us money, fockers!!!

They even tried to tell me that brake fluid doesn't burn... but damn, take any brake fluid bottle and read - INFLAMABLE!!!
