I saw a wing bigger than that on an older Eclipse convertible the other day. It was like they had taken two side brackets and welded them on top of each other and put it on.

 

Haha, there was a guy around here running 8 individual pipes from the ports on his 5.0l Thunderbird. It looked dumb and sounded pretty dumb also since proper exhaust size for a single port on a 5.0l is probably between a half and three quarters of an inch in diameter and he was running like 2" pipe for all 8.

But yeah the worst part about that Civic is that aside from the exhaust and wing it does look pretty tasteful. Maybe it was built then sold to a kid that ruined it to make it better.
