Not only are they cheap, but most of them are in "communities" that are being built as we speak. Some of them are gated and some will have their own parks and pools. Oh man, I can't friggin wait!!!

Good point. I forgot to point out that I live in, and the house across the street is also in, a master planned community. They have 24 hour security, folks that clean up the public areas, a community center, pool, and lots more. They are a bit strict on keeping stuff clean, but it's great.

The weather has been in the 90's for the past few weeks. Coldest it got this winter was about 30 something for a week or 2.

The perks for living here kick ass. I'd also never, EVER, live in the humidity or a state that gets the shitty weather that most of you get. Hurricanes, torrential rain, earthquakes, floods, screw that. Only place I'd move to and deal with that again is Korea.
