I'm not talking like a loved one dying of old age in a hospital or at home. I mean in a traumatic experience, like in a car accident, or gun shot victim, or something else like that? We are surrounded by death every day, and I personally have never seen anyone get killed in front of me. I'm not sure how I would handle it and if I would freak out like crazy or stay calm and collected. I'm sure those of you who fought overseas and were in serious gun battles probably have seen more death than they wanted. Its gotta do something to a person mentally though when they see someones life get taken in an instant right in front of them.

not directly but i saw someone get intentionally run over and died 2 weeks later from injuries.
