doesn't suprise me either that it happened in columbia. there is all sorts of crazy sh*t going on there all the time. weird drug busts, cops breaking into the wrong houses and shooting the owners dog (in that case, it was a friggin shih-tzu of all things,lol) and finally eluding police while being drunk on a lawnmower and the guy got away.





here about all the crazy stuff on all the time on the KC news channels.
