Well guys and gals I might be moving to LA. I should find out next week hopefully if I got my transfer or not. Anyway got a couple of questions. I'll be working at LAX airport just wondering where I good place to look for an apartment might be or if I should just rent a room or something. Also do you guys and gals get together a lot out there. Man I hope I get this transfer.

Me and Random get together quite often. I see Blacktibs (chris) about 1-2 a month.

Theres also a bunch of newtib guys around that are pretty kool.

For apartments... wow... well LA is an expensive place to live in. It all depends on your income.

Random lives in a very nice area (el segundo) close to the beach. Its about a 5 min drive from LAX.

I live in inglewood. Its about 10 min away. Crime here is a bit bad in some areas but in some its not a problem. I havent had any issues...

You might also want to look in the hawthorne area. Its about 15-20 min away (depending on how many red lights you get). Its a nice area with rent cheaper then that of the el segundo area.

Westchester is another area close to the airport... nice city with police that patrol the area like hawks.
