While I agree with the sentiment expressed on the page, I also recognize that it is unconstitutional. Thoughts?

I know they have the right to do it...but it's also about the shittiest thing you can do.

Linky no worky.
There's a case working up to the Supreme Court right now. A man received a $5M judgment against the church for protesting at his son's funeral. The District Court of Appeals reversed the decision and ordered the man to pay $16K in court costs for the church. It's headed to the Supreme Court now. Normally, free speech rights trump, however, I agree with the man's argument that his right to peaceful assembly was infringed because the people at the funeral are captive in that the funeral cannot be moved away from the protesters. If you're in a public place and someone is yelling things you don't like, you have the option to leave. When you're at an organized event on private property, you can't just leave.

protest all you want so long as it's peaceful, however there's such things as tact which tell you that a funeral is NOT the place to protest. i'm all for free speech and while it may be within someone's constitutional rights to protest, have some respect and class and keep it away from an event like a funeral.

Free speech should trump your right to assemble without protesters.
But these protesters are scum.
Ideally, the way to deal with this is for people to overwhelmingly show to support the soldiers at their funerals to drown out the idiotic protesters.
