isnt there some way to sue them or something for that? 1 for using majiks pic without consent or credit, and 2 for false advertisement since it is not that kit??

 

I've tried over and over.... eBay won't do anything about it. The only thing I can do is contact the seller demanding him to remove my pictures. I could copyright the pictures used and sue those using the pictures, but that would be too much of a hassle I think.

If my pictures ever make it in magazines or anything, I'll sue and seek a percentage of their sales for using my copyrighted material for their gain.
