last week the company i work went into administration

we all got told "business as usual"


this morning 80% of my team (me included) was made redundant.


this is just a post to express my ... well im not sure how i fell really

the company i work for, is broke. (~360AUD million debt)

last week, we got told there isnt any reason to worry about our jobs

today, most people i work are sacked because the company is broke

i feel sad cause i half liked working there
i feel happy cause i half didnt like working there.

 

lol well thats good/bad. Whats up next for ya then?

 

well i work in IT, gonna apply for helpdesk jobs lvl 1-2. who knows.

 

Interesting to see foreign economy doing the same as the US economy.

yeah, i dont believe its as bad over here. afaik, its the biggest company yet to go due to the credit crunch
