And maybe the fact that you ripped me off on the digital camera deal had something to do with it too.

Anyway, I agree, you're expecting too much for too little money. Nowadays, desktops are so cheap that it's almost better to just find one that you want, and add some extra ram and a better video card than piece together and build your own system. But since you're gonna try it anyway, newegg and ebay are the best places to go. And hey, I've got a radeon 9700pro AGP card if you want one.

Looking to spend 700$ abouts.
I would rather piece together, then i get wat i want.
I got a bunch of prices from newegg and ebay.
I was just wondering what you thought of the parts and how they would be for gaming.

dude, if you think you can build it for 700 then ok. go ahead and try. you obvously didn't include shipping and handling from 8 different scources is going to kill you.
anyways any of the machines you listed will be fine. I personally suggest an asus mobo and an nvidia card and don't forget sata on the hdd, nearly doubles your bandwidth for about 10 bucks. on the dvdrw lite-on is good, plextor is great. those are the only two brand of optical drives i buy. my pcs only have plextor though.
