well i was looking at vision post and found this was running a load of sheet metal up to youngsan. and i passed them in the tunnal then i found out on the radio there are 3 tractor tralilors that go by i am the on 0.07~.0.08 sec holy shit i thought i would never see it again but you talk about lucky as hell when i back down they had it cleaned out but when i went back to seoul again the concreate look like it melted it f***ed that tunnel up

Man, that's an embarassment. First of all, those trucks are probably Hyundai Trucks. Second of all, it's an embarrassment to Korean safety; they're carrying a missile for heaven's sake!!!!

as for korean safty i have seen the korean mitlary in due and halfs carrying TNT and ammo with no mp,police escourt. but i was at 2 in the morning.. its is safe here but they do some strange shit..

I have to wonder how overheated their brakes were to catch the trucks on fire. I have pulled some heavy loads up and down mountains in the 26footer I used to drive.. but you use the gears and quick stabs of the brakes to keep from catching them on fire.

 

I remember when I was 7 years old and my family took a trip to the Great Smoky mountains in our Dodge Dynasty Sedan. We had to stop near a ditch because our brakes faded and was smoking. The campers said that smoking brakes and fires are common in the mountains. That's why it is a good practice using the transmission for brakes.

 

^^ yup that one but i think they had a dragging shoe.. but most truck driver "rigs" take care of they shit the trucks like that they beat the shit out of..LOL
