Yeah I'd say my brothers will watch out for me when it comes to the bachelor party. They won't let my soon to be husband do anything too crazy, but I don't mind him going out and having a little fun before the big day.

The date is set for May 13th 2006. I know that's a while, but I wanted a spring wedding and knew I could plan a wedding before this spring.

I would love to go to the next BBQ, but the magazine I work for does not like it when you take vaction time during our big books production week, and that'll be the week of the BBQ, so I'm SOL there. Maybe one day I can make it to a meet somewhere in the Knoxville-Atlanta area.

 

That's good that you have a year engagement..you're only engaged once, so enjoy it...me and my wife were only engaged for less then a day....caught Vegas fever

My parents only knew each other for 14 days when they got married... after 30 years they finally seperated...

As for you, young lady, Congratulations! I envy you and your boyfriend, I have not yet found the right woman in my life to pop the question to.
