Default Leftover candy

Bought a ton of candy for trick or treaters last night and my door only rang 3 times. It was cold but damn....do kids not just go out anymore? Seems like every year, less and less kids are going out. When I was younger, we used to go hard until late filling up pillow cases with as much candy as possible and hitting up multiple neighborhoods. What the heck happened?

Churches and schools are putting on more "safe" events these days. But, my neighborhood was pretty packed. I bought a ton of candy, but my kids came home with more than we bought. lol

We got accosted by the neighbors simply for "decorating" (a couple of pumpkins, nothing else). The bible thumpers have ruined the day. Kids just don't go door to door anymore. It's all church trunk or treats and crap like that where we are at.
